  1. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment receipt.
  2. Customized, bulk, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  3. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

  1. We ship across India.
  2. International shipping is available for select countries, subject to customs regulations and buyer requirements.


3. Shipping Methods & Partners

We use reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery, including:

  1. Reputed domestic courier services
  2. International logistics providers for export orders

The choice of courier depends on delivery location, package size, and service availability.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  1. Domestic Orders (India): 5–10 business days after dispatch
  2. International Orders: 10–25 business days after dispatch (depending on destination country and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, package size, and delivery location.
  2. Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during order confirmation or invoicing.
  3. For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping charges may be quoted separately.


6. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or other communication modes.
  2. Customers are encouraged to track shipments regularly using the provided tracking information.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  1. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  2. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless specified.
  3. Goodluck Agates is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
  2. In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and assist with resolution.


9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  1. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  2. Goodluck Agates will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  3. Re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
