Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Goodluck Agates, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.


1. Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  2. Once an order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  3. Customized, bulk, made-to-order, or specially sourced products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Cancellation requests must be shared via email or official communication channels.


2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (natural gemstones, crystals, and handcrafted items), returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  1. Product received is damaged during transit
  2. Product received is incorrect or different from the order placed


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  1. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  2. Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
  3. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
  4. Replacement of the product (subject to availability)
  5. Refund (if replacement is not possible)


4. Refund Process

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment.
  3. Shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  1. Customized, engraved, energized, or made-to-order products
  2. Minor variations in color, shape, size, or texture (as products are natural)
  3. Delays caused by courier partners or customs authorities
  4. Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details


6. International Orders

  1. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or wrong product shipment.
  2. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Cancellation by Goodluck Agates

In rare cases, Goodluck Agates reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  1. Stock unavailability
  2. Pricing or listing errors
  3. Payment issues

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
